Eligibility

The Support Scheme will be conducted in two phases, namely the 2018 program year and the 2019 program year. The eligible applying graduate should be:
  • Permanent resident of Hong Kong;
  • Students graduated in 2016 to 2018 should apply for 2018 program year and students graduated in 2017 to 2019 should apply for 2019 program year.
  •  Graduates of full time courses in universities and institutes (local and overseas) in related design subject, such as advertising design, communication design, environment and interior design, product design, social design, interactive media, interaction design, etc.
  •  Graduates with no full time working experience in the design industry prior to the application (the prior internship and summer job experience would not be counted as full-time working experience).
